Ingredients - Pork (64%), pork stock, water, tomato puree, red wine vinegar, white wine vinegar, dark brown sugar, light brown sugar, honey, onions, sugar, tamari sauce [SOYA beans, water, sea salt, alcohol made from sugar cane, Koji spores], black treacle, salt, lemon juice, smoked paprika, thickener (xanthan gum), garlic, rapeseed oil, chilli flakes, cloves, nutmeg.

Preparation Guidelines - Once defrosted, do not refreeze. Oven/water temperature should not exceed 95°C if reheating in the bag. Water Bath: Place bag in a water bath at 85°C for 25 – 35 minutes. Steam: Place bag on a steamer tray and heat in a steam oven at 95°C for 25 – 30 minutes. Microwave: decant into a suitable container and heat on full power for 4 – 5 minutes, stirring halfway through. Heat until core temperature exceeds 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent (or apply relevant national equivalent).
