Vytautas Matikonis
Finance Manager

Vytautas joined Delice de France in February 2021 as an Accounts Receivable Specialist and has grown through four promotions in under four years becoming Senior AR Specialist in August 2021, AR Lead in June 2022, Finance Analyst - AR in March 2023, and Finance Manager in November 2024.

His career journey reflects not only his talent and commitment, but also the opportunities available within a company that recognises potential and supports people to achieve it.

But for Vytautas, it’s not just about progression it’s about belonging: “At Delice, I’ve always felt I could be myself. I’ve been supported not only professionally, but personally too – and that’s rare. When I’ve needed help, the company has stepped up without hesitation.”

That care extends across the business. Whether it’s making compassionate decisions to support colleagues through personal challenges or creating space for individuals to thrive, Vytautas believes it’s the everyday acts of kindness and understanding that make Delice de France truly special.

His story is just one example of the culture we’re proud to nurture where people grow, feel valued, and know they’re genuinely looked after.
