Lee Kinsey
Head of Supply Chain
Lee’s journey with Delice de France began in 2005 when he joined as a Warehouse Operative. His dedication, work ethic, and natural leadership saw him progress to Warehouse Manager in November 2013. His operational strength and calm, solutions-focused mindset quickly stood out, and by August 2015, he progressed into the role of Central Planner, gaining a broader view of the supply chain and its strategic impact.
In November 2018, Lee took on the role of Operations Support Manager, where he played a key part in driving efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the business. Most recently, in March 2025, he was appointed Head of Supply Chain, leading national supply chain operations with a focus on quality, innovation, and service.
For Lee, the most rewarding part of working at Delice de France is the collaborative culture. “You’re never on your own here whether it’s rolling out a national project or solving complex challenges there’s always a shared drive to succeed as a team.”
This culture of trust and learning has shaped Lee’s leadership style, and he’s committed to developing people, encouraging cross-functional teamwork, and driving meaningful progress across the business..

Stephane Fesnoux
Data Governance Manager
Stephane’s career with Delice de France spans over three decades. He first joined the business in 1993 and, after an eight-year period with Boulangerie de France, returned in 2013 following its acquisition. His journey reflects not just professional growth, but a lasting commitment to a company that continues to evolve.
Over the years, Stephane has held several key positions, including Telesales Manager, Commercial Analyst, and CRM Support Manager. Today, he serves as Master Data Governance Manager, where he plays a vital role in maintaining data accuracy, improving systems, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.
For Stephane, what sets Delice de France apart is the pace, the people, and the culture of openness. “The business is constantly moving forward, and you’re surrounded by supportive colleagues who genuinely care. There’s a strong team spirit, and senior leaders are always accessible.”
Now in a role that bridges data and operations, Stephane is passionate about collaboration, mentoring others, and driving meaningful change. His journey is a powerful example of long-term growth, adaptability, and the supportive culture that defines Delice de France.
