My Delice De France Journey

Vytautas Matikonis

Finance Manager

Vytautas joined in 2011 and has grown through four promotions in under four years. His journey reflects a company that recognizes potential and supports people to achieve it. That care extends across the business.

Whether it’s making compassionate decisions to support colleagues through personal challenges or creating space for individuals to thrive, Vytautas believes it’s the everyday acts of kindness and understanding that make Delice de France truly special. His story is just one example of the culture we’re proud to nurture where people grow, feel valued, and know they’re genuinely looked after.

Paramjit Pam Bir

Supply Chain Manager

Pam joined Delice de France in June 2023 as a Supply Chain Planner, bringing a calm, detail-focused approach to an already fast-moving function. Her strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and collaborative nature quickly stood out, leading to her promotion to Senior Supply Chain Planner in April 2024.

In March 2025, she stepped into the role of Supply Chain Manager, where she now oversees end-to-end planning and coordination across the supply chain.
