Preparation Guidelines - For a better result , defreeze the products approximately 20 mn. TRAY ARRANGEMENT(600 x 400): 11 items . Eventhough products are already glazed, you will obtain a better result if you glaze them again with whole EGGS. BAKING (with the humidity ventilation system opened) Pre-heat the oven to 165/170 °C and bake for about 16 / 18 minutes. Nota: Each oven has its own characteristics.
