Ingredients - Sugar, WHEAT flour ((with calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), maize flour), free range EGG white (EGG white, food acid (citric acid, sodium citrates), preservative: potassium sorbate, thickener: guar gum, xanthan gum), whole EGG, butter (MILK), lemon juice (6.4%), EGG yolk, whipping cream (MILK, stabiliser: carrageenan, emulsifier: lactic acid esters of mono and diglycerides ), vegetable based emulsion (partially invert sugar syrup, water, palm kernel oil, palm oil, MILK protein, emulsifier: sodiumstearoyl lactate, stabilisers (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, xanthan gum), salt, acidity regulator (dipotassium phosphate)), modified maize starch, cocoa butter, vegetal gelling agent (maltodextrin, gelling agent: carrageenan, dextrose, stabilizer: potassium chloride, acidity regulator: trisodium citrate, gelling agent: carob bean gum, sucrose), water, stabilisers blend (locust bean gum, guar gum), citric acid, sugar snow (sugar, WHEAT starch, vegetable oil), stabiliser (carboxymethylcellulose), antioxidant: ascorbic acid, salt.

Preparation Guidelines - Keep Frozen -180C. Remove individual portion and allow to thaw in the fridge (+1 C to +5 C) for aproximately 2 to 3 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and conusme within 72hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.
