Ingredients - WHEAT flour, water, 12% potato flakes, wheat sour dough (water, WHEAT flour, RYE flour), yeast, WHEAT GLUTEN, salt, stabiliser guar gum, dextrose, emulsifier mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid ester of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, acidity regulators(calcium phosphates, calcium carbonate), rapeseed oil, flour treatment agents (ascorbic acid,enzymes (amylases, xylanases)).
Preparation Guidelines - Preheat the oven to 230-250°C. Bake the product in the oven without steam and with closed slide at 180-200°C for approx. 10-12 minutes. We recommend to open the slide after 5 minutes. The baking time depends on the favourite browning and/or the type of oven
