Ingredients - Water, WHEAT flour, RYE flour 20 %, coarsely ground RYE 1.9 %, pregelatinized RYE malt flour, yeast, sunflowers, WHEAT gluten, flax-seeds, salt, coarsely ground SOYA, malted RYE flour, iodised salt, WHEAT bran, malted BARLEY flour, malted BARLEY extract, dried RYE sourdough, SOYA bran, flour treatment agent E300.

Preparation Guidelines - Defrost at room temperature for 120 min. Bake for 10-12 min. at 200°C. Before baking give steam for 5-10 sec. Product shelf life after baking at room temeprature 24 hours.
