Preparation Guidelines - Remove individual portion. Allow to thaw in a chilled environment (+1°C to +5°C) for approximately 2 to 3 hours. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing. Shelf Life - 48 hours
